Derrick Wyatt and his wife, Sally, are lifelong residents of Kentucky, growing up in Ashland and currently residing in Covington.  Derrick was privileged to be selected as a member of Kentucky’s Governor’s Scholar Program prior to enrolling at Transylvania University. 

 

Mr. Wyatt graduated from Transylvania University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.  Following his college graduation, he attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University where he was awarded the Bratton-Wirthlin Trial Advocacy Award and graduated magna cum laude receiving his Juris Doctor in 2012. 

 

Upon receiving his license to practice law in the State of Ohio, Mr. Wyatt immediately began working exclusively on personal injury cases and joined The Law Offices of Blake R. Maislin in May of 2014. 

 

Mr. Wyatt is admitted to practice before all state courts in Ohio, Kentucky and the U.S. Federal District Courts in the Southern District of Ohio.
